We have an energetic and enthusiastic group of people, led by a young, but highly experienced management team. From a first year trainee to the most senior director, everyone's views are taken into account. We have ambitious growth plans to grow both organically and by acquisition. We are fortunate in having three non-executive directors who between them bring over 60 years of combined experience in major accountancy firms.
Shepherd Smail
Shepherd Smail has been at the heart of the business and landed estates sector in the Cotswolds and further afield for over 25 years. Founded by Richard Shepherd and Adam Smail, and based in Cirencester, it is one of the leading firms of accountants in its specialist areas. It became part of the mca group in 2012 and is now an integral part of the group.
